HACOY makes garments to be kept, not replaced. Every HACOY piece is built to be repaired, with French seams that make a seam or a button easy to mend.

Repair is part of the HACOY Circular Orbit, and it is complimentary for every HACOY owner. If a HACOY piece needs repair, write to us at hello@hacoy.com and we bring it back at no cost. For customers in Munich we can also recommend local tailor partners.

A repaired garment keeps its Product Passport Preview, so its full history stays with it.

Some pieces begin their second life at ReviveWear, where garments worn once for a shooting, samples and pieces with a small mark are offered again rather than discarded.
