Vegan Silk
Cupro is a type of fiber known as"regenerated cellulose," which is created from discarded cotton. It is produced by utilizing the fine, silky cotton fibers called linter, which protrude from the cotton seed and are too small to be spun conventionally.
Environmentally-Friendly Approach
Cupro fibers are dissolved in a cuprammonium solution, a blend of copper and ammonium. Similar to TENCEL Lyocell and modal, cupro is a plant- derived material that undergoes chemical processing to yield the final fiber. Cupro is often compared to silk due to its smooth texture and elegant drape.
More than just a good look
Cupro is 100% vegan and cruelty-free textile. it is also machine washable, which has a lower impact than the dry cleaning required forother delicate textiles. It is also a lot cheaper to produce and more affordable to purchase.
Known as the most sustainable fiber in the textile industry, cupro is often referred to as "Vegan silk" for its drapping and soft, shiny aspect. Explore our Pajama collection made only with Cupronickel fabric.
