Repair

HACOY makes garments to be kept, not replaced. Every HACOY piece is built to be repaired, with French seams that make a seam or a button easy to mend.

Repair is free of charge for everyone, with no membership required. If a HACOY piece needs repair, send us an email and we will arrange it together. For customers in Munich we can also recommend local tailor partners for repairs and alterations.

A repaired garment keeps its Product Passport Preview, so its full history stays with it.

HACOY Members receive added repair benefits. HACOY covers the cost of return shipping on member repairs, and members receive a turnaround of about 10 working days.
